1. Copper tube buried in aluminum base process, also known as pressure tube water-cooled plate, is a kind of liquid cold plate that uses the combination of copper tube and aluminum substrate for heat dissipation. This process is relatively mature, suitable for mass production, with small thermal resistance. The whole pipeline can be designed without solder joints, so it has high reliability.

2. For the liquid cooling plate + liquid channel, the friction welding process is used to produce and machining the cold plate. The internal flow channel design is relatively complex. First, the liquid channel is processed by CNC, and the capping plate is welded by friction welding process. This process is also relatively mature and has good heat dissipation effect. If the heat dissipation power is large and the buried pipe method can not be met, this method is adopted. The outside of the water cooling plate is connected by welding or quick plug joint. 3. Vacuum brazing liquid cold plate, it is a complex process. CNC is used to process the internal water channel of the cold plate, and then vacuum brazing is used to weld it with the plate cover. This welding method can realize the split design of liquid cold plate and can be used for heat dissipation of double-sided heat source. However, it has high requirements for welding process, relatively low production efficiency and high production cost. It is generally used for the welding of high-precision products.

4. The tight fitting sealing structure process , lt's also uses CNC to process the liquid channel of the bottom plate of the liquid cooling plate, and then tightly fit the cover and the bottom plate with screws + sealing rings. This method is relatively simple, but the precision and reliability are not high. It is suitable for thermal products with low requirements.
