Thermal conductive gel application in Drones
Introduction to the working principle of drones:
The two cores of drones are motor and electric governor. The flight of drone is driven by propeller or turbofan. The power driving their rotation comes from the motor, but the speed and power of the motor are controlled by electric regulation. Therefore, the electric regulation is indispensable for the smooth flight of drone. If the motor electric regulator overheats, resulting in performance degradation, the electric regulator cannot well control the motor speed, and the flight control cannot withstand such a large current. Therefore, solving the heat dissipation problem of drone is the top priority.
The layout of drone motor and electrical adjustment is usually relatively compact. If the thermal PAD is used, the operator will not be able to take the installation and installation because of its too small size, and the thermal conductive gel is better than the thermal conductive PAD in practical operation. The thermal conducting gel has realized the automatic dispensing operation of the equipment, which is more suitable for the operation of the modern high-tech production line.
The thermal conductive gel is mainly applied to heat dissipation between the main board and the cooling plate. When the heat conducting gel and the heat pipe are combined with the heat discharging port, the heat pipe can effectively absorb the heat inside the drone when used, and the heat on the heat pipe is rapidly dissipating through the heat discharging port, thereby solving the phenomenon of poor heat dissipation effect. Thermal conductive gels are not well known as the thermal PAD in the heat dissipation applications of drones and other electronic products. However, thermal conductive gels play an important role in the drones technology iteration and are irreplaceable.
