1000pcs Stamping CPU Backplate Demand From The Singapore Customer

     Today , we received another new demand order of 100pcs for the stamping CPU backplate from the Singapore customer, we shipped 500pcs order to customer last month.The material is SPCC with nickel plated surface treatment. The backplate is finished by one time stamping forming process, which provide the stable quality output and lower production cost. Thanks  again for the order, we will ship the order to customer in about 15 days.

     Stamping plate is to push external force on the plate by stamping machine to produce plastic deformation or separation. Due to the stamping force, the coil will appear the shape you want in one-time forming by stamping tooling . It is one of the main methods of metal plastic processing and also belongs to material forming engineering technology.
