100pcs CNC Soldering Heatsink Are Ready For Shipment For Japan Customer

     2 weeks ago , The Japan customer released an order of 100pcs demand for the soldering thermal heatsink. The heatsink is used on telecom device cooling application, and use aluminum combined copper material design,the heatsink is finished with nickel plated surface treatment. Since the demand date is urgent and the quantity is small, we use CNC machining to get all the thermal components. Sinda Thermal team just finished the soldering and  running the thermal test. And we apply the thermal grease on the copper block surface and assemble the hardware before shipment to customer. Samples will be shipped out by tomorrow, thanks for the order again!
