200pcs Copper Pin Fin Heatsink Finished And Shipped To Malaysia Customer

     2 weeks ago, Sinda Thermal received an order of 200pcs demand for the copper pin fin heatsink from the Malaysia customer. This is pure copper material type, we finihsed and shipped this sample order to customer today.

     In thermal solutions area, copper has a much higher heat conductivity, compared with copper heatsink, aluminum heatsink only has the 60% thermal conductivity as copper heatsink does. The pin fin heatsink is made by cold forging process, the integrated structure makes it more firm and stable,and the fin can be designed with very high density to support high performance required.
