Today , we finished the 20pcs copper CNC machining heatink samples, and shipped to customer for testing . Customer needs to have a quick thermal test verification before mass production, the heatsink is used on computer cpu heat dissipation, it is made by CNC machining soft tooling process.
CNC machining heatsink is the the fastest and simplest production mode for thermal hestsink production. Customization is possible with different interface materials, finishes, and expanded heat sink size for smaller Rca.
