300pcs Aluminum Black Anodizing Heatsink Shipped To Japan Customer

      Today, Sinda Thermal finished and shipped out the 300pcs aluminum black anodizing heatsink to Japan customer , this heatsink order ws released to us 10 days ago. The heatsink is used for PCB heat dissipation, and we finished the sample order by CNC soft tooling machining process.      Why the aluminum heat sinks need to be anodized? Actually there are several benefits from anodizing, first of all, the anodizing process can put an oxidation layer in the heat sink surface which can effectively prevent the corrosion and can extend the heat sink life, also it can improve the wear resistance of the heat sink, and reinforce the electrical isolation ability of heat sink; Secondly it can improve the surface emmisivity as the anodizing process increased the surface area and texturing.
