300pcs Cold Forging LED Heatsink Shipped To Austria Customer

      Today, Sinda Thermal finished and shipped the 300pcss LED pin fin  heatsink to the Austrial customer, it is for LED cooling applications. The heatsink is pure copper material and finished by cold forging process, and anti-oxidant surface treatment will be right after forging process. Thanks again for thr order .

     As copper can not be extruded as aluminum alloy, to build a pin fin heatsink, cold forging is the best option as it has high production rate, the production cost is low, also the cold forging technology is mature, the production yield is great, the pin fin construction offers more surface area to dissipate the heat which makes the copper pin fin heatsink has a better thermal performance than other solid type heat sink like aluminum extrusions.
