30pcs AMD 1U CPU Cooling Heatsink Shipped To Germany Customer

Today, Sinda Thermal NPI production team finished the thermal test for the 100pcs CPU cooler heatsink for the US customer. This heatsink order was released to us 2 weeks ago, and we built the samples with soft tooling mode, We finished the final packing and shipped cargoes to customer today.
The heatsink design contains aluminum base, aluminum base,and a copper block in the middle of the base to contact with heat source, 4pcs U shape heat pipes provide strong thermal conductive performance. Nickel Plated is chose as the preferred surface treatment to avoid unnecessary cosmetic issue in production.
