    Sinda Thermal engineer just finished design the 400W TDP heatsink modules designed for USA customer,this heatsink modules contains 6pcs D6 heatpipes , aluminum base, copper block for heatsource, aluminum zipper fin.And it's for intel eagle stream server CPU thermal applications, 

samples will be ready in about 2 weeks for testing.
