500pcs Copper Fin Heatsink Will Ship Out Soon

      The 500pcs copper fin heatsink for Malaysia customer is now under thermal test, and we will finish the final packing and arrange the shipment to customer site by tomorrow. This heatsink is used for server CPU cooling,it contains a stamping copper fin and an aluminum base, total 4 heatpipes are joint together by soldering process to support 250W TDP .

    Copper fin CPU heatsink is one of the direct and effective thermal solution to increase the thermal performance. Due to the high thermal conductive performace of copper material ,changing the fin material from aluminun to copper will help to increase the heatsink module performance.
