500pcs CPU Heatsinks Are Under Thermal Test

2 weeks ago, France customer released an order for the server cpu cooling heatsink to Sinda Thermal team.This heatsink design contains an aluminum zipper fin, aluminum base,copper plate, 3pcs copper heatpipe, metal hardware and thermal grease will be pre-apply before shipment. We finished the reflow soldering process yesterday, and all the heatsinks are now under thermal test. We will make sure all the samples shipped to customer are 100% verified at our site, order will be shipped out in ahout 3 days.
