Today, Sinda Thermal team received an order of 500pcs demand for the copper pin fin heatsink from the Canada customer. This heatsink is for LED cooling, and it is made by cold forging process, which has no thermal resistance on the fin and base,and the surface treatment is copper wash, thanks for the order, we will finish and ship out the heatsink orderin 3 weeks.
In LED industries， The pin fin heatsink is often used on LED thermal solution , it is made by cold forging process, the integrated structure makes it more firm and stable,and the fin can be designed with very high density to support high performance required.
