The high density fin is made by crimping fin process, with this technology, we can have a flexible design of the fin numbers and pitch accroding to the thermal requirement. It can realize many thermal solutions which extrusion, skiving, stamping or soldering process can not meet.
The crimp fin heatsink adopts a straight tube push inflation machine to expand the tube, so that the aluminum pipe wall and the liner can achieve plastic deformation. After springback, the combination is tight, the surface is smooth, and the dimensional accuracy is high. The plug assembly can achieve 100% no leakage. Therefore, there is no waste in the production process, reducing the waste of energy. In addition, welding is not required in the assembly process, which has no overheating effect on the surface of the insert radiator, saving a lot of manpower and energy.
