The total 50pcs aluminum extrusion IGBT cooler heatsinks were finished and shipped put to customer today , the sample order was released from the Spain customer 20 days ago. The heatsink is aluminum extrusion with original anodized surface treatment, and further CNC machining is required for assembly fitting at customer site.Thanks again for the choosing of Sinda Thermal.
To build a eligible heatsink for IGBT, we should evaluate the space limit, power, and cost in designing, after the heatsink module is designed, also we need to think about the manufacturing feasibility, afterward we need to do a test to verify if it can dissipate the heat as required.
