50pcs Copper Pin Fin Heatsink Finished Machining

Today , we finished the machining process of this copper Pin Fin heatsink , this is for Singapore LED manufacturer customer. We used Cold forging process to make the first 50pcs as the FAI sample and send to customer for approval before official mass production. Samples will be arrive in 3 days. We will wait for the feedback from customer site.
