50pcs Copper Pin Fin Heatsink Shipped To Germany Customer
Today , Sinda Thermal finished the order demand of 50pcs for the copper pin fin heatsink from Germany customer. This heatsink has high density rough fin design, and it is made by cold forging process with copper material. The integrated structure has very low thermal resisitance and high reliability, which is benefit for the thermal performance of heatsink. Thanks for the order, we shipped out the sample by Fedex air shipment this afternoon, cargoes should arrived in about 3 days.
As copper could not be extruded, and also extrusion technology has some limits on fin density and ratio aspect, if we want to build a copper pin fin heat sink, cold forging technology can help us to achieve it. Cold forging is a process which can form the copper heat sinks by using a compressed force under low temperature, Usually we will use a model die to force the copper material into fins, the fins shape can be various, from round pin fins to sqaure pin fins.
