5pcs Aluminum IGBT Liquid Cold Plate Demand From US Customer

Today, Sinda Thermal received an order of 2pcs demand for the Aluminum liquid cooling plate from the US customer, we built 1pcs this liquid cold plate for the customer last month, it is for IGBT device cooling .Thanks for the order, we will finish the order in 20 days.
In mdern society, high power applications such as high speed trains, industrial computers, and server cabinets can only operate steadily when the work environment is under maximum safe temperature,the tranditional air cooled heat sink can't dissipate the heat sufficiently, Liquid cooling heat sink is invented to cope with this situation.
