Aluminum Extrusion Anodizing Heatsink Samples Sent To Customer

    1 week ago, the Italy customer came to us and required some different anodizing heatsink samples ,they want to have a comparison before the final decision. We finished 3 kinds of normal use anodizing sample and sent to customer for conformation today.

       After aluminum alloy anodizing, the surface can form a thickness of 30 ~ 50 μm and hardness can reach about 500hv, which has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Aluminum alloy anodizing has a wide range of applications, involving textile, bicycle, camera, pneumatic components, surgical instruments, optical instruments and other industries. It is suitable for cylinder liner, piston, gear, impeller, guide rail, bearing and mold engineering components.   Usually,there different colours of anodizing, such as blck, sliver， golden, blue, red,etc, balck anodize and original sliver anodize are the most comon used and cost effective in recent industrial application. Customers can select any colour they perfer for mass production.
