Aluminum Skived Fin Heatsink Inquiry From The Turkey Customer

     Recently , we are working on the aluminum skived fin heatsink inquiry from the Turkey customer, the heatsink is used on medical product applications. We provided both soft tooling and hard tooling production quotation to customer yesterday, thanks again for the inquiry.

     Compared with bonded fin heat sink or soldered heat sink, skiving heat sink fins are manufactured from a single piece of material(copper or aluminum) which can decrease the thermal resistance as it's a solid heat sink which has no interface material between the fins and base.Skiving heat sink fins can be high density and very thin fin construction which can offer a much better thermal performance than extruded heat sinks.
