Aluminum Zipper Fin CPU Thermal Heatsink Inquiry From Turkey Customer

        Sinda Thermal engineering team got an inquiry for the aluminum zipper fin CPU heatsink from the Germany customer, this CPU heatsink is based on Intel skylake platform applications. The heatsink design contains aluminum base, stamping zipper fin, hardware and thermal grease will be pre-applied on the heatsink before shipment. We are reviewing the heatsink right now ,and will provide the best quotation price to customer soon.

     Zipper-fin heat sinks enable the combined use of copper and aluminum materials: a copper base allows for optimal heat spreading, while aluminum fins minimize weight. Integral ducts can be added to contain and enhance cooling airflow. This improves thermal performance, particularly with active sinks that receive airflow from fans and blowers. For many of these configurations, the top surface of the heat sink can also be used as a heat spreader for hot components.
