Copper Skiving Heatsink Design For Poland Customer
Today , we finished the thermal design for the Poland customer for the power adapter heatsink. Sinda Thermal engineering team provided serval thermal solution to customer. Finally , customer chose the copper skived fin heatsink ,as it has the high density fin and stable integrated structure, which can provide high performance and high reliability. Thermal grease were chose as the thermal interface material to conduct the heat from heatsource to heatsink!
The skiving process enables high fin density and thin fin heat sink geometries for optimal thermal performance. By packing as much fin surface area into a given volume, skived fin heat sinks have greater heat transfer than other single piece construction heat sinks such as extruded aluminum heat sinks.
