      2 weeks ago , the France customer sent us an order of 200pcs  demand for the copper soldering heatsink , the heatsink design contains  copper fin stack, copper base and copper heatpipe , and finished by reflow soldering process. After 100% online thermal test , we finished and shipped the samples to customer today.

      Soldering heat sink assembly is a complex thermal option for air cooling which can solve the high power applications thermal issues.  Copper fin  is one of the direct and effective thermal solution to increase the thermal performance. Due to the high thermal conductive performace of copper material ,changing the fin material from aluminun to copper will help to increase the heatsink module performance.
