Total demand quantity is 200pcs , customer requested both soft tooling and hard tooling way for different quotation. Our engineering team is working on the cost analysis， we will update the quotation to customer by today.

      Extrusion Heatsink  is usually manufactured by extruding the aluminum ingot through an extrusion tooling, then cut off or cross-cut for the specific dimensions, the next process is CNC for precise machining, after precise machining the semi-finished aluminum extruded heatsinks would be anodized or washing; finally we pack the heatsink extrusions and stock in our warehouse to be shipping.
