Intel LGA1150 2U CPU Heatsink Inquiry From Korean Customer

Today, we received an inquiry for the 2U standard CPU heatsink from Korean customer, it is based on intel skylake platform. This heatsink design contains an aluminum die casting base, a stamping zipper fin stack, 4 pcs copper heatpipe, a copper plate in the central area. Hardware and thermal grease will ne pre-applied in final packing process. Zipper fin heat sinks have a high level of design flexibility, which enables Sinda engineers to design integrated solutions with heat pipes, ducting, and fans or blowers to meet specific customer application requirements.
