Intel LGA4677 CPU Sink Inquiry From Korean Customer

    Today , Sinda Thermal engineering team received an inquiry for the intel LGA 4677 CPU sink from Germany customer,which is based on  eagle stream 2U CPU  platform  . This heatsink is used on server cpu cooling application, andthe TPD is 350W . We are working on the design details,thanks for the inquiry , we will update the quotation soon.
