Intel Whitley 4189 1U CPU Heatsink Inquiry From The Korean Customer

       Sinda Thermal engineering team got an inquiry for the intel  4189 CPU heatsink from the Korean customer, this CPU heatsink is based on intel Whitley 1U platform applications. The heatsink design contains aluminum base, stamping zipper fin, copper heatspipe and copper plate, hardware and thermal grease will need to be pre-applied on the heatsink before shipment. We are reviewing the heatsink and will provide the best quotation price to customer soon.
