Midea Thermal Management Liquid Cooling New Product Release
Currently, China's new energy storage has entered a period of rapid development. It is predicted that the installed capacity of new energy storage will reach over 30GW by 2025. Among the new types of energy storage, lithium batteries remain the most complete industry chain, widely used, and experienced field in the energy storage field. However, lithium batteries have high requirements for operating temperature, and their adaptability, safety, and stability in complex application scenarios have always been a focus of external attention.
Recently, at the China Refrigeration Exhibition held in Shanghai, Midea Building Technology, a subsidiary of Midea Group, released multiple energy storage and thermal management products, including an 8kW frame platform, a 20/40kW side air outlet platform, and a 40kW top air outlet platform. Midea provides second-generation natural cooling technology to achieve natural cooling switching below 15 ° C. This product adopts full frequency conversion mode control and utilizes Hiflex valve plates to enhance bending strength, meeting the operating characteristics of low-pressure exhaust valves with large angle opening, resulting in an operating efficiency 8% higher than the industry average. In terms of design, the application of efficient low-pressure ratio compressor and distribution system optimization design, adopting asymmetric flow channel design, makes the equipment return oil more uniform, further improving the overall energy efficiency of the machine.
