PCB Thermal Heatsink Design For Korean Customer

      Recently, Sinda Thermal engineer team is working with Japanese customer for the thermal design of PCB heatsink. We finally finished the heatsink design for customer's PCB board card applications. This heatsink uses aluminum extrusion materials and the standard surface treatment is black anodizig.       Aluminum Extrusion heatsink is one of the most simple and cost saving thermal solution for many low TDP application, by using tooling extrusion and CNC machining process , we can make thousands of different sink for custom and semi-custom air cooled solutions.
