Samsung, SK Hynix Launch Chip Immersion Liquid Cooling Compatibility Test

    Samsung and SK Hynix have initiated compatibility testing for their chip products with immersion liquid cooling. In order to meet the demand of server operators to establish a warranty policy for immersion liquid cooling solutions, Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix have started semiconductor immersion liquid cooling compatibility testing and functional testing to understand the operation of their products in various immersion liquid cooling environments. Immersion liquid cooling with stronger heat dissipation capability may also have an impact on the future development of semiconductors: chips with stronger heat resistance in immersion liquid cooling can focus on developing chip products with higher performance and integration.
