Sumitomo Precision Releases 1000W Two Phase Thermosiphon Air Cooled Heatsink

    Recently, Sumitomo Precision Products Co., Ltd. announced that it has successfully developed a very compact and high-performance GPU/CPU radiator, which is suitable for large-scale data center and edge computing applications.
    The new SIPHOREX is an aluminum air-cooled heat sink that achieves two-phase heat transfer through the principle of thermosyphon. It adopts brazed corrugated fins, and the refrigerant is enclosed inside the heat sink. The phase change circulation reflux is achieved between the heat absorbing base and the fins, achieving better performance than traditional heat sinks or heat pipe heat sinks. The heat dissipation power reaches 1000W, providing a new choice for cooling ultra 400W processors.
