The 200pcs LED Cold Forging Heatsink Will Be Finished Soon

      3 weeks ago,  we got the sample demand of  200pcs for the LED cold forging heatsink from the Germany customer. They needed tooling sample for the LED heatsink mass production.,the aluminum LED heatsink is made by cold forging process. We just finished the surface treatment today , and we will finish the final packing and ship to customer soon, thanks again for choosing Sinda Thermal. 

     Cold forging is a technical process for forming and forging profiles at room temperature. Cold forging materials are mostly aluminum and some alloys, copper and some alloys with low deformation resistance and good plasticity at room temperature. Cold forging can produce work hardening during the processing of profiles and increase the strength and hardness.
