The Structure Principle Of Finned Tube Radiator

Finned tube radiator is the most widely used heat exchange equipment in gas and liquid heat exchangers. It achieves the purpose of enhancing heat transfer by adding fins to the ordinary base tube. The base pipe can be steel pipe; stainless steel pipe; copper pipe and so on. The fins can also be made of steel belt; stainless steel belt, copper belt, aluminum belt and so on.

Any cold heat exchanger that is equipped with fins on the heat exchange tube to increase the heat dissipation area can be summarized as a "finned tube radiator".

Finned tube radiators can be divided into winding fin type; string fin type; welding fin type; rolled fin type according to the structure of the fin. Commonly used materials are steel; stainless steel; copper; aluminum, etc.
