Vacuum Brazed Liquid Cold Plate Inquiry From Europe Customer

    Recently , Sinda Thermal receivd inquiry from the Europe customer for the liquid cold plate, the dimension is 300 x 400 mm.which need to work under  at a pressure of 27 MPa/ 270 bar and at a temperature of up to 145 ºC  , so we recommend to use vacuum brazing cold plate for the solution.    Vacuum brazing process is a welding method to realize the connection between parts by wetting, spreading and caulking on the surface of the base metal with liquid solder at a temperature lower than the melting point of the base metal but higher than the melting point of the solder. Based on this principle, the Vacuum Brazed liquid cold plate realizes the connection of aluminum substrate, composite solder plate and aluminum cover plate.
