45W mobile phone liquid cooling radiator
At the MWC2023 conference, OPPO released a 45W liquid cooled radiator, which is also the first truly liquid cooled radiator in the industry to achieve both wireless charging and heat dissipation.
The heat sink is composed of a host, a magnetic suction head, and a connecting wire. The host is equipped with a fan and a water pump, and the magnetic suction head is equipped with a 40 * 40mm semiconductor. The host and the magnetic suction head are connected together through a red line, which includes two water pipes, one inlet pipe, and one outlet pipe. The host and the magnetic suction head are connected together to form a water circulation system.

When the heat sink is working, the semiconductor inside the magnetic suction head will absorb the heat from the electronic device and transfer it from the side of the semiconductor that is close to the electronic device to the other side of the semiconductor. Subsequently, the water outlet pipe under the semiconductor will transfer hot water to the water-cooled exhaust in the host. After the water-cooled exhaust is cooled by the fan in the host, it becomes cold water and flows back to the magnetic suction head, continuing to cool the semiconductor and cooling the electronic device through the semiconductor, continuously cycling and repeating.

This 45W liquid cooled heatsink can help equipment cool down up to 13 degrees, and can cool down up to 9.5 degrees when using wireless charging function. One of its major features is the magnetic design, which allows it to be used not only with mobile phones, but also on various electronic devices such as iPads and laptops. This is much more convenient compared to the heat dissipation back clip. At the same time, due to its split design, the fan is installed inside the host, so the magnetic suction head attached to the phone weighs only 80g on one side. Users can use it for a long time without getting tired, and it can also reduce the noise impact caused by the fan.
