     The aluminum extrusion process is to soften the aluminum bar at 480 ~ 530 degrees, and then extrudes through the extrusion tooling  under the high pressure of the extruder to obtain a long aluminum profile with constant section.

Advantages:

   The tooling lead time is short and the cost is low. It is suitable for mass production of constant section products.

Disadvantages:

   Due to material limitations, it is not suitable for extrusion of copper with complex section; The fin thickness shall be greater than 0.5, and the fin height and spacing ratio shall not be greater than 19.

     The characteristics of extrusion heatsink  make it suitable for heat dissipation fields with large batch, low power consumption and low price requirements. It is mainly used in ordinary CPU heatsink, led low-power lighting and low-power chip heat dissipation. It is a process choice with high volume supply and good cost performance.

   Aluminum extrusion heatsink is a heat dissipation product obtained by cutting, grooving, drilling, tapping, CNC and other processing on the basis of aluminum profile. Aluminum extruded heatsink is generally made of al6063 material, with good thermal conductivity (160 ~ 180W / ㎡ · K) and relatively low cost.
