Firstly, waterproof is very important, and the sealing must be tight, otherwise it will lead to poor circuit contact of LED screen and short circuit risk. Secondly, the brightness of outdoor LED large screen is high, and the brightness must be greater than the illuminance to display a clear picture, which means that the power is higher than that of indoor LED large screen, and the heat generated when the power is high is also great. Therefore, the outdoor full-color LED large screen must be equipped with heat dissipation equipment. Otherwise, the high internal temperature of the screen will lead to early aging of screen components and short service life. Moreover, the LED screen will also have the risk of IC breakdown in the short term.
The outdoor LED screen with a small area can also be cooled by air convection, that is, fan. However, now the LED screen with large screen is everywhere and develops rapidly, which requires some new heat dissipation means. As a potential force, water cooling heat dissipation has been more and more applied to the heat dissipation of LED screen, and has achieved good results.
