By stable and mature reflow soldering process, we provide customer a High effective and high performance thermal solution for CPU cooling system.
The heat sink has been fully tested and validated by Sinda Thermal engineer to ensure the best quality and cooling performance before shipment arrangment.

Packing & Shipping:
We design customized packing material for all heatsink modules we build, prefer to use plastic Tray and carton as economical packing method. Other customized packing is also available to meet customer’s requirement.
DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, Fedex air express will be chose in priority for low quantity shipment. For volume quantity demand, we may also consider sea mode shipment, this can be negotiated.
