1.Material of heatsink:
Generally, the corrosion resistance of copper is better than that of steel, but in some environments, copper will also corrode. If the sulfur content is too high, or there is a carbonization layer on the selected copper surface, it will cause copper corrosion. The wall thickness of the electronic radiator is not welded or the inner wall is smooth, which is not afraid of corrosion. The cast iron electronic radiator is not easy to be corroded and damaged because the cast iron itself has good oxidation resistance.

2.Heatsink surface treatment:
The surface treatment of electronic radiator is anti-corrosion. So far, there are two common anti-corrosion in the electronic radiator Market: organic coating and inorganic coating. Generally speaking, the cost of inorganic coating is higher than that of organic coating, the process is more complex, the process requirements are more strict, and its anti-corrosion effect is also better than that of organic coating.

3.Heatsink design:
Although the electronic heatsink with strange shape increases the decoration and meets people's personalized needs, being too fancy and weird does not mean being beautiful. For example, the shapes of "vase type" and "crescent type" radiators, which are of average workmanship, and the thin and curved pipes have a significant impact on the heat dissipation performance.
