Inspection and maintenance of high frequency welding finned tube

When the air supply outlet temperature of the finned tube is higher or lower than the standard value, you should check and find out whether the following conditions have occurred:

1. The inlet temperature of the high-temperature exhaust gas has exceeded the allowable value or has dropped to an excessively low value.

2. Whether the flow rate of high temperature exhaust is over or under.

3. Whether the flow at the low temperature side is insufficient or excessive.

4. Whether there is dust accumulation in the fin tube.

When the air supply or exhaust is normal, or there is no accumulation of ash, if you find a huge change in temperature or temperature efficiency, you should check and find out whether the following conditions have occurred:

1. Is the fin tube damaged?

2. Is there any blockage of the fin tube exhaust pipe?

3. Whether the sealing baffle of hot and cold fluid is damaged, and whether the two fluids are mixed.
