Key points for selection of steel tube radiator
1) The radiator should meet the working pressure and system pressure requirements of the heating system, and should comply with national or industry standards.
2) In open heating systems and rooms with high ambient humidity, rigid radiators should not be used.
3) When selecting, check whether the standard heat dissipation capacity and working pressure of the single chip identified in the product sample meet the requirements of use. According to the product "heat dissipation test report" and "pressure test report" issued by the manufacturer issued by the nationally recognized unit, check the test results and the data of the product sample identification (requires that the tested product should be a sample, and the test report within the past two years ).
4) The manufacturer shall provide the water resistance characteristic data of the radiator.
5), pay attention to whether the applicable conditions of the product check the heating system and water quality requirements. If the system cannot be fully maintained during the non-heating season or the water quality in the system cannot meet the applicable conditions of the product, a radiator with good internal anti-corrosion treatment should be selected.
6) Check the appearance of the radiator. The surface should be smooth and clean. The machined surface at the interface should be fine and ensure verticality and flatness.
7) The steel closed-type string fin radiator has been determined by the Ministry of Construction Announcement No. 659 (published on June 14, 2007) as a restricted-use product that cannot be used in the heating system of civil buildings.
