      In daily application, improving the cooling performance of LED display screen can not only effectively improve the heat dissipation efficiency of LED screen, but also save energy and improve the service life of LED screen.

  1. Cooling Fan : use long-life and efficient fans inside the lamp shell to improve heat dissipation, which is a common method with low cost and good effect.

  2. Aluminum fins heatsink, which is the most common way of heat dissipation. Aluminum fins are used as part of the shell to increase the heat dissipation area.

3. Aerodynamics uses the shape of the lamp shell to produce convective air, which is the lowest cost method to improve heat dissipation.

Integration of heat conduction and cooling: high heat conduction ceramics are adopted to reduce the working temperature of HD LED display chip, because the expansion coefficient of LED chip is very different from that of our usual metal heat conduction and heat dissipation materials. The LED chip cannot be directly welded to prevent high and low temperature thermal stress from damaging the LED display chip.

6. The heatpipe cooler , and the heat is transmitted from the LED display chip to the shell heat dissipation fins by using the heat pipe technology.

There are many ways for electronic LED display manufacturers to improve the heat dissipation of LED display in the production of LED display. Depending on the size of the power supply and the place of use, there will be different considerations in terms of heat dissipation.
