steps to repainting the thermal grease
With the increase of service life of our electronic equipment, we will find that the temperature is getting higher and higher. There is a possibility that the thermal conductive silicone grease filled between the radiator and heating components has dried, resulting in the decline of thermal conductivity.
By replacing the new thermalconductive grease, it can help the heat dissipation performance of the equipment to a certain extent. Here's the steps to repainting the thermal grease:
1. First, clean the CPU core surface and the bottom of the radiator with high-purity solvent and lint free cloth. Be careful not to let your fingers touch the core and radiator surface.

2. Add some thermal grease to the CPU chips surface , and then use a scraper to paint the thermal grease until it cover the whole chip, add more grease if it\s not enough.

3. Check the interface of the thermal grease after repainting , the surface should be smooth, and Uniform thickness by visual.
4. Assemble the heatsink module back to the CPU , and make sure secure lock to guarantee the well contact of heatsink and CPU.

5. Run the electric device for some time to see if any high temperature happens.
