The benefits of heatpipe assembly soldering heatsink
Heat pipe assembly heatsink is a new product that can make significant improvements to many old radiator or heat exchange products and systems by using heat pipe technology. Heat pipe soldering heatsinks have two categories: natural cooling and forced air cooling. The thermal resistance of air-cooling heat pipe soldering heatsink can be made smaller. It is commonly used in power electronics, IGBT, inverter, transformer, high-power power supply, LED light, servers, computers, medical products, etc.

The heat pipe is composed of a sealing tube, a liquid absorption core and a steam channel. The liquid absorption core surrounds the pipe wall of the sealing pipe and is soaked with volatile saturated liquid. The liquid can be distilled water, ammonia, methanol or acetone. The heat pipe radiator filled with ammonia, methanol, acetone and other liquids still has good heat dissipation capacity at low temperature.
When the heat pipe works, the evaporation section absorbs the heat generated by the heat source to make the liquid in the liquid absorption core pipe boil into steam. The steam with heat moves from the evaporation section of the heat pipe radiator to its cooling section. When the steam transfers heat to the cooling section, the steam condenses into liquid. The condensed liquid will return to the evaporation section through the capillary action of the liquid suction core on the pipe wall, so as to repeat the above cycle process and continuously dissipate heat.

The heatpipe assembly soldering heatsink advantages:
1. The thermal response speed is fast, and its heat transfer capacity is more than 1000 times greater than that of copper tubes of the same size and weight;
2. Small size and light weight;
3. High heat dissipation efficiency, which can simplify the thermal design of electronic equipment;
4. No external power supply is required, and no special maintenance is required during operation;
5. After heat balance, the temperature gradient of evaporation section and cooling section is quite small;
6. The operation is safe and reliable without polluting the environment.
From the perspective of use, the heat pipe has the advantage of extremely fast heat transfer speed. Installing it in the radiator can effectively reduce the thermal resistance and increase the heat dissipation efficiency. Heat pipe, also known as "thermal superconductor", its core function is heat conduction. It transfers heat through the vapor-liquid phase change of working medium in a fully closed vacuum tube. It has high thermal conductivity, which is hundreds of times higher than that of pure copper.
