      The cooling parts of pure electric vehicles are mainly concentrated on the driving motor, power battery and on-board charger. Liquid cooling is mainly used in parts with high sealing, because these need water flow to take away the heat generated inside. The battery pack has large capacity, large volume and relatively high density, The antifreeze in the whole battery board is pumped out by the water pump, and then a cycle is carried out. The method is simply to arrange the antifreeze liquid in the battery pack through the pipeline to realize the heat exchange between the battery and the liquid.

Secondly, the heat dissipation of electric vehicle drive motor adopts liquid cooling. The cooling fan is equipped with water tank radiator and cooling water pump to complete the heat dissipation of motor through coolant circulation. Moreover, the insulation design is adopted in the pipeline, which is different from conventional power vehicles. Pure electric vehicles prefer electronic cooling fans in the selection of cooling fans.
