The cold plate is connected with the heat source such as CPUs or other electronic components, when the heat is generated by the heat source, it will rapidly conducted by the copper cold plate, the skived fin heat sink spreads the heat to the working fluid, and the heat is taken away by the flowing liquid. The material of cold plate is usually copper as it's a excellent conductor of heat. |
