20pcs Aluminum IGBT Cooling Heatsink Demand From The Russia Customer

Recently , we received the aluminum material for the 500pcs IGBT heatsink. And the heatsink samples are now under machining process, nickel plated will be proceeded after machining is finished, we will need about another 5 days to finished all the process before shipment.
To build a religible heatsink for IGBT, we should evaluate the space limit, power, and cost in designing, after the heatsink module is designed, also we need to think about the manufacturing feasibility, afterward we need to do a test to verify if it can dissipate the heat as required.
