20pcs IGBT Aluminum Skived Heatsink Delivered To Russia Customer

    Yesterday, the 20 pcs customized aluminum skived heatsink were finshed and shipped to Russia customer, this IGBT heatsink is used for power supply device cooling. It took us about 10 days to finished the sample order as the process require many machining , and the heatsink were pass the thermal test at our site before shipped out.

  The IGBT components are becoming more intergated and powerful, it will generate a huge amount of heat when it's working, if the heat is not dissipated appropriately, the overheat circumstance would burn the device and ruin the module, so the requirements of the heat dissipation ability from a heat sink is a significant subject for IGBT project.
