2pcs Vacuum Brazed Liquid Cold Plate Finished And Sgipped To US Customer

        After 20 days raw material preparation and machining process, Sinda Thermal team finished the final packing for the 2pcs high performance vacuum brazed liquid cold plate for the US customer. This liquid cooling plate is used for server heat dissipation, which can support 1200W TPD. We  arranged  the shipment to customer by air shipment today, thanks again for choosing Sinda Thermal . 

       Vacuum brazing process is a welding method to realize the connection between parts by wetting, spreading and caulking on the surface of the base metal with liquid solder at a temperature lower than the melting point of the base metal but higher than the melting point of the solder. Based on this principle, the Vacuum Brazed liquid cold plate realizes the connection of aluminum substrate, composite solder plate and aluminum cover plate.
