Today , Sinda Thermal finished and shipped out the order of 300pcs copper pin fin hatsink demand released from the Malaysia customer 20 days ago. The copper pin fin heatsink is used for their LED device applications cooling. The heatsink material is copper, and made by cold forging process. Pin fin heatsink is designed for low air flow conditions, the pin fin structure enable the air to flow the heatsink much easier and take away the heat to ambient more efficiently.
